Yes, you must have auto insurance. We require that you provide comprehensive and collision coverage within 10 days from the date of your vehicle purchase.
The Insurance coverage must be no higher than $500 deductible, the registered owner(s) and all drivers must be covered on the policy.
Please make sure Modern Finance is listed as the loss payee.

If you fail to insure your vehicle, Modern Finance may order limited physical damage coverage to protect our interest in the vehicle. The policy will be effective as of the original date of your contract.
